Blackberry Primtives Day 7- Blog Hop Post HERE!

Welcome to another fantastic day of hoppin!  Today will be one of 3 days that I will also be posting the designers post on my blog as they do not have a blog....  However, please feel free to go their FB Page and learn more about them!  I want to make sure everyone has access to all the recipes & projects to download.... so we are keeping it consistent, as I know not everyone is on FB and this is how we have been doing it so I don't mind helping both you and the other designers out!  So I will keep my intro short and sweet since you can read about them below!
Also thank again to Debbie Busby for linking us up!
Let's get started!  Here is Blackberry Primitives post!  Enjoy!

 Good Morning,
It is a busy time of year for Blackberry Primitives.  We work out of our homes, hand-dying wool and velvet and also designing smaller projects for wool applique.  We are also proud to work with many other designers who take our product and make it into something beautiful and spectacular!

As we pull out the Christmas totes to get our homes decorated for the season, it is fun to be reminded of the things stashed away that we love to display this time of year.

One of our favorite things to use is Pears....wool pears, velvet pears, and yes, even fresh pears!  We've all heard about the Partridge in a Pear tree and we each have one of those, too.
So, of course, our little pattern we designed for you includes pears!  We stitched the pear, along with some holly leaves and berries onto velvet to make a pin cushion.  Stitched the same onto a stuffed wool ornament to hang on the tree, or a cupboard knob and made a pear garland to string across a window or cupboard shelf.

We hope you enjoy making the pear items and our wish is for each and every one of you to have a Very Merry Christmas and All the Best to you for the New Year!  We were wanting to share a recipe of some great dish made with pears, but neither of us knew of any...lol.

But, this recipe was made for a Thanksgiving dinner and was devoured in no time by Cindi's nieces and nephews, one of whom exclaimed "This is the best stuff, ever!"  Had to agree with her, it's a crowd-pleaser.

Thank You, Stacy, for including us in this fun event!

For those of you who are new to the annual hop - Welcome!
How this works... is that each day, {Dec 1-15} I will post (along with the other delightful bloggers) a link for you to click on from our blogs that will take you directly to that day's designer blog where you will read a bit about them and their favorite Holiday memory for example.  You will also receive a complimentary recipe from them that you can print off and add to you collection!  Then don't forget to download their complimentary design they designed just for this blog hop event {AND thank them in the comments!!}.  I have been in contact with each of the designers and we are all so excited to see the hop come together... and help us all get in the spirit of giving!  This is our small token of thanking each of you for supporting us designers and our passion!
Without you... we would not be able to do what we do!
Are you ready?  Let's get the hop going!  ENJOY!
