Road Trip!

Road trip!  On Saturday I got a bug to hit the road and support the MN Shop Hop before it finished up on Sunday!  So Hannah, George & I went hopped in the truck, grabbed some lunch and headed over to The Noble Quilter in Elk River!  What a fun time we had!  Then shop was decked out and hoppers were still "hopping"!!!  How exciting!  I picked up some goodies and then we went to a small town about 10 minutes up a ways.  I stopped at s few vintage shops and kinda got skunked!  It sure was fun to look though!  I did score another pin cushion {always pick up if it's under $5!!! Lol} and a couple vintage kitchen towels!  Oh- I also picked up a fun old gardening hat!  My great grandma Lillie always wore one so it made me think of her so I had to get it!!!!  Did any of you do a little road tripping this weekend or shop hopping?!?!

Quilt Shop...Drop off!

Hello!  Yesterday I swung over to Four Season's Quilt Shop!  It's a great shop and my good friend (and stitcher) Joey works there!  Luckily, I can multi task when I am there!  I can shop and drop off!!!  I had to take a picture of this beautiful collection featured right when you walk in the door!  I wish you could see the entire circle because it was stunning and so perfect for spring!  The picture doesn't do it justice!  It really was a breath of fresh air!

Joann and the gals at the shop are all fabulous and super sweet!  She features something for everyone from Cival War (my FAV), flannels, baby, wool & so much more!  It's a great place to stop if you get to the Twin Cities!  Check out her awesome clubs to if you get a chance!

Everyone... Meet Joey!  She's my embroidery go to gal!  I hope you like Redwork because she's stitched up some beautiful pieces!  They will be released in May!  She's working on some machine quilting here at the shop!  A very talented gal!

Village Dry Goods Pictures!!

This is the wonderful shop in an adorable little town that brought this little MN designer in to teach at this past weekend for their annual retreat!

 I can not tell you how amazing the owners Fran & Rolaine were!  They were so accommodating, giving and fun!  They have a fabulous shop too!  Here are some pics I took of it!  They really have just a perfect selection all around... Something for everyone!!!
